Vincennes Defeats Logan Men 82-73

CARTERVILLE — Vincennes University, ranked second nationally in the NJCAA, stayed undefeated, 14-0, with a 82-73 win over John A. Logan on Monday night. In a game that was close throughout, the Trailblazers broke the game open with a 10-0 run midway in the second half. With the score tied 53-53, Isiah Tisdale keyed the run with five straight points and Vincennes never trailed again.

Tisdale, who did not score in the first half, scored 14 in the second half and joined double-figure scorers Ty Gadsen with 23 and George Dixon with 16 points and a game-high 11 rebounds.

Logan, 11-2, was led Jaiveon Eaves with 22 points while David Sloan and Ronnie Carson each had 13.
