HARRISBURG, IL — The John A. Logan men's basketball team reached 20 wins for the fifth straight year with a 105-62 victory over Southeastern Illinois on Saturday afternoon.

Logan, 20-4 overall and 10-3 in the conference, jumped ahead 17-5 early and never looked back, leading 48-23 at the half.

The Volunteers who have won seven straight games, were led by Jonah Jackson with 23 points while Derek Hawthorn chipped in 20 and Vonnie Peterson with 12.

Southeastern, 1-19 overall and 0-12 in the conference, was led by Winslow Martin with 26 points.

The Volunteers will travel to nationally ranked #3 Vincennes on Wednesday night at 7pm EST/6pm CST.
