ULLIN -- The John A. Logan women's basketball team had four players in double figures in gaining a 99-74 road win over Shawnee. The Lady Vols led 18-10 after one quarter and 46-23 at the half and put the game away with an 11-0 run to start to the third quarter.

Destiny Cozart led Logan scorers with 23 points while Morgan Griffith of West Frankfort had her best scoring night with 17 points. Other double-digit scorers were Farasia Hodge with 16 and Miriah Donelson with 11.

Shawnee, 0-6 and 0-2 in the league, was led by Breanna Chester with 25 points. The Lady Vols are 4-1, 2-0 in the conference.
