CARTERVILLE — Destiny Cozart and Kaili Bacon each scored 24 points to lead the John A. Logan Lady Vols to a 91-60 win over Kaskaskia on Friday night.

The Lady Vols, 21-8 overall and 13-5 in the conference, earned the third seed in the Region 24 Tournament and the right to host a first round tournament game on Tuesday, 5:30 p.m. against a yet to be determined opponent.

Logan took care of business with the win over Kaskaskia, 12-17 overall and 6-12 in the conference. The Lady Vols led 49-24 at the half and dominated play in the second half. Farasia Hodge had 13 points for the Vols while Johnecia Kyles added 10.

Kaskaskia was led by Jessie Kee with 20 points.
