CARTERVILLE, IL- The John A. Logan Lady Volunteers suffer conference loss to Lincoln Trail with a final score of 62-54. With tonight's loss, the Lady Vols record moves to 14-14 overall.
The Lady Vols were in a shooting slump to start the game going 0-11 from the three point line and 10-31 from the Field. That tough tough start gave Lincoln Trail a halftime lead of 31-26.. The Lady Vols would end up fighting back in the second half but Trail never gave in and the Vols suffered a 62-54 loss.
Freshman, ZaKyra Stallworth, ended the night with 12 points 13 rebounds and 6 blocks. Sophomore, Alicia Hornbuckle, had 12 points, 10 rebounds and 3 assists. .
The Lady Vols record moves to 14-14 on the season. The Lady Vols will travel to Olney, Illinois for their last regular season game on Friday (3/1) @5:30 PM.
